2. Data we collect
Name, email address, chosen profile, country, company (optional) and phone. If you request assistance: product, target market, estimated volume and stage. If you request contact with a partner: the chosen partner and the date. We do not request sensitive data. Your password is stored encrypted.
3. What we use your data for
- To create and manage your account on Comercia.
- To handle your support requests and communicate with you about them.
- When you request it, to share your contact details with the partner you chose so they can contact you.
- Improve the service with internal statistics.
4. Partners
We only share your data with a partner when you press «Request contact» on their directory card. We do not share it with partners you did not choose.
5. Your rights as data subject
- To know, update and rectify your data.
- Request proof of the authorization you gave us.
- Be informed about how we use your data.
- File complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (Superintendence of Industry and Commerce).
- Revoke the authorization and request the deletion of your data, when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep them.
- Access your data free of charge.
6. How to exercise your rights
Write to us at the contact indicated in section 1, with your name and the email you signed up with. Inquiries are answered within a maximum of 10 business days and claims within a maximum of 15 business days, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012.
7. Validity
We keep your data while you have an account or as long as it is needed to handle your requests.
