Seller levels
Each store has a level: Bronze, Silver, Gold or Diamond. It is calculated automatically, every day, based on what happened in the last 90 days on the platform. It cannot be bought or requested: it is earned by selling well. It is different from the store badge.
Silver Gold Diamond
What is measured
- Closed deals and their amount: paid purchases that were not refunded, accepted offers on buying requests, and confirmed services.
- Average rating and how many ratings you received from your buyers.
- On-time deliveries: an order is on time if you ship it within 3 business days of payment; a service, if you deliver it before the committed date.
- Claims: “I have a problem”, withdrawal or reversal cases on your deals.
- Cancellations: paid orders that ended in a refund.
To move up to a level you must meet all of that level's requirements. If you do not yet have ratings or deliveries in the period, that does not count against you.

Bronze is the starting level: you sell the same, without extra benefits. If your store drops a level, we tell you what to improve. Values may change; the current ones are always those on this page.
